Washroom Build Out
This project was a washroom build out from powder room. It involved removal of walls, new framing and drywall, relocating all plumbing including toilet and vanity, adding shower with all new plumbing, adding exhaust fan, Schluter shower system with sloping floor to linear drain and wall niche, all tiling and grouting, all fixture installation.
Kitchen Replacement
Replaced dated pine kitchen with more modern IKEA kitchen and granite counter top. Included replacement of old dishwasher, sink and faucet as well.
Steel Spiral Staircase
Our client was going to have a ladder to access the loft in their guest building. We engineered and custom ordered a steel spiral staircase, and completed the installation.
Basement update
This basement update involved the removal of kitchenette and carpet, drywall repair, installation of luxury vinyl plank, new baseboard, accent wall and paint colour change. Before and after shown.
Laundry Room Upgrade
Our client wanted some inexpensive cabinets added to their laundry room. We sourced them from Home Depot and integrated a cost effective counter top and sink into the design to close in the washer and dryer nicely.
Another Kitchen Upgrade
This kitchen was updated with IKEA design including new back splash, granite counter top, LED lighting, swap from electric to gas range, new over the range fan/microwave and dishwasher replacement.
Lifetime Shed
Our client asked us to assemble their shed. We recommended the additional patio stones to increase stability and ensure a level floor (which is critical to shed assembly). The client was thrilled with the final result.
Lakefront Deck
This beautiful deck on waterfront cottage was over 1000 sq ft. Built from 2x6 brown pressure treated lumber. No visible screws or nails, 6x6 posts and glass balusters to allow air flow, but retain view of water.
